I currently practice out of my home office. I am willing to travel within 20 miles of Apex, NC. Locations beyond 20 miles will cost more.

Massages Performed in MY office

You will be contacted to confirm your appointment located in my office. Unless you have been contacted by AutumnRose, your appointment has NOT BEEN CONFIRMED. Please do not show up to an UNCONFIRMED appointment.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, please arrive 10 minutes early for the session to go over your information in person. Please bring your ID.

Once the intake information has been reviewed, you will be asked to undress to your level of comfort. Keep your underwear on or take it off, I don't care. You will be covered anyway. Make your decision based on what makes you comfortable. Ladies, remove bras if receiving back, neck, or shoulder work. Please remove all jewelry, including rings, watches, earrings, and necklaces. A dish is provided for your convenience. Then lie down on the warm table, under the top sheet and blanket. Place your face in the face cradle and take a few deep breaths before I enter the room to start the session. Listen to the music and breathe in the aromatherapy you chose for today. This is going to be the best day.

Massages Performed in YOUR home

I can bring my portable massage table and set up a session in a first-floor room in your home. I will need about 10 minutes to bring in the table, take it out of its bag, unfold it, set up, and dress the table before I am ready for you to reenter the room to begin the intake process. After the intake is over and I have left the room, please undress to your level of comfort (whether or not you want to wear undergarments or not). Place your face in the cradle and take a few deep breaths. Music, lotions or oils, and aromatherapy are chosen beforehand for an experience that is just like having a spa in your home.
